Heater Break Alarm feature
on the FU Temperature Controller Range

The Heater break alarm function detects the AC current flowing through the heater by a Current Transformer (CT) and compares the CT input value and heater break alarm set value. When the control output & OUT1 LED are ON and the CT input value is less than the preset alarm value for a period of 5 seconds, alarm 1 (AL1) is activated. Otherwise AL1 is not activated and the contact remains open.

The AC current flowing through the heater can also be monitored in the Heater Break Alarm set mode.
