Fully configurable the universal REVO-M thyristor power controller (SCR) provides the user total flexibility with the ability to select any input, firing type & control mode/feedback type. Selection is made either via the front panel display & keypad, or via the RS485 comms port and/or configuration software.

The operator has the opportunity to change or view any parameter in the thyristor, as well as monitoring process values such as the Voltage, Current & Power.

Choice of inputs from DC Logic (Solid state relay), 4-20mA, 0-10Vdc and RS485 comms and firing types such as Burst Firing (for Burst fire power controller), Single Cycle & Phase Angle firing (Phase control thyristors) as standard. Internal quick-blow semiconductor fuses provide complete protection for the thyristor power regulator. Heater break alarm available as an option.

  • Input signals from DC Logic (Solid state relay), 4-20mA, 0-10V DC Linear input, 10K Pot or RS485 comms
  • Selectable control modes (feedback) include V, I, V2 & VxI
  • Heater Break (HB) alarm to diagnose partial or total load failure with automatic setting, relay alarm output and front LED indication. Available as an option
