The fully universal REVO M 3 phase thyristor power controller provides the user total flexibility with the ability to select any input, firing & feedback type. Either via the front panel display & keypad, or via the RS485 comms port the user has opportunity to change or view any parameter, including to read & display process values such as the Voltage, Current & Power. Choice of inputs from DC Logic (SSR), 4-20mA, 0-10Vdc, 10K Potentiometer & RS485 comms and firing types such as Zero Cross Firing & Burst Firing as standard. Internal quick-blow fuses provide complete protection for the thyristor. Heater break alarm available as an option.

  • Microprocessor based electronic circuit fully isolated from the power
  • Firing types include Zero Crossing, Burst Firing
  • Input signals from DC Logic (SSR), 4-20mA, 0-10V DC Linear input, 10K Pot or RS485 comms
  • Selectable control modes include V & VxI
  • Heater Break (HB) alarm to diagnose partial or total load failure with automatic setting, relay alarm output and front LED indication. Available as an option
  • Digital inputs configurable via front panel keypad
  • Internal quick-blow fuses as standard
  • RS485 comms (Modbus Protocol) as standard
  • Internal Current Transformer included as standard
  • Special design Heatsink with high dissipation value
